Ship speed at 5/5 - no more ? in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

hi , i can produce ships with speed 10 and more. but if they are in space only moving 5 ist possible. what is the problem ? thanks.

German Download Version for DA in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

hi together, i has the german version of GC. now, i has dowload DA from TGN. but its only the english version. how can i get now an german DA version, if someone exist ? thanks.
