Ooo.. well, two reasons I personally wouldn't do one.. 1.It would only appeal to a small percentage of the community. 2 I won't advocate Violence, drug use etc... through my own art. Society and our youth is already going down the crapper quickly enough without glorifying these things even further...IMO I'm sure others will have opposing points of view. The community isn't just those who are active on IRC/Forums/Skinners. W

that doesnt work for tweak vista. I have never been prompted for a serial number and have uninstalled and rebooted then reinstalled and still nothing asking for serial. how do I manually enter it? anyone? Which doesn't work? I gave a solution and Seabass gave an alternative (manual) solution. He is a SD employee so I'd say that if either didn't work he would have stated so.

Each time a user does that, the author as well as the skin gets points which are then added up and looked at in tersm of number of love it's (or whatever it's called) per day as well as overall number which we use to rank skins and themes. An award for the most loved would be good to see. I'm not sure as to how you're already planning on showing the most loved, but putting an award on their personal site would be cool. IMO.

Jumping into all the programs at once will be overwhelming. I'd just stick to one at a time. Once your comfortable with that then move on to the next and so on.

Finally someone has spoken out against the ridiculous attempts to influence/control what the community is entitled to upload according to WinCustomize's rules/guidelines. Do you know winrar? If you know it, than you should know that winzip and winrar are just compression programs to compress files. I use winrar because its compresses 35% more than winzip. I believe he meant that the bootskin program will not recognize renamed .rar's...only .zip compression
it works but it only saves the current icons in use.even though i highlighted the one i wanted..thanks To get the entire icon pack, open IconPackager > highlight the IconPackage you want to use > right-click > select "zip package" > name the file (which will be a .ip extension) > then save it to whereever > now go to that file and Rename it from a .ip to a .zip. Now extract the icons. Just remember to put the .zip in a new folder before extraction so y
I would unzip them into a completely new folder. Then rename the folder to the iconpackager name and then place that folder into the ObjectDock folder or Images folder. Organization of folders is up to you. As long as you have it in the main ObjectDock folder or in the ObjectDock Library folder located in "My Documents" then it will show in the library for selection to use.
