*Edit* Too damn slow
I guess I need to read the history text again. Thanks for clearing that up Koasati.
WOW! Now that's a Windows Theme!
I only get the backgrounds kept in the program folder and blank spaces that cannot be chosen for those in the My Documents folder. Any ideas? The only folder Object Dock reads for the backgrounds is the ...\Object Dock\backgrounds folder. I'm actually not sure why stardock decided to create folders in the My Documents folder? Backup maybe?
Ahhh yes, phenomenal choices here. I especially liked that DX theme gef put out. Nice work I_D!
How do I go about making it load seamlessly each time? It should do this automatically. Is this the trial version or purchased version? If purchased did you uninstall the trial before upgrading? Open Windowblinds configuration and select system information. Copy/paste that info here.
Outstanding news!
you just made me realise that I don't need to bother helping anyone I'm hope not. Your help is well appreciated. But what happened here happens to most. I got out of hand with someone for not paying attention to Bichur's post (and he's definitely a man). I've had it happend to me and I've seen it happen to several others, all were men.
I vote for Gef or Qx9 . Both have put out some phenomenal DX themes!
To remove your desktop icons right-click the desktop and select properties > then the Desktop tab > now uncheck all that apply. Note this does not remove the recylce bin, for that I recommend Tweak UI ...it's about half way down the page. For the windowblinds problem not skinning the start menu, is it specific skins only? If so list them. Did you have the trial WindowBlinds version installed p
Aeg!s: if you don't want to switch to the new beta build, then go to view > Toolbars > and uncheck the Bookmarked one. This might solve the problem.
Extract the .rar or .zip > then cut/paste the folder to C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Backgrounds. Now right click on the dock and select Dock Settings > then Appearance > then the drop down menu and select the dock. Note: if this is a tabbed dock, then it will be tabbed settings. To change the icon, you have to right click it and select Dock Entry Properties then change image. Here's a link to some Object Dock Tutorials... <a href="http://corkyo.wincustomize.com/Arti
Ouch! Thanks for the heads up!
Windowblinds doesn't run off of the CPU.
Thanks Bichur.
It all tastes like chicken anyway... Mmmmmm finger licking good!
What's AD 2007 and the suite? Are you speaking of Object Desktop 2007?
This is happening because your progress and screen images do not have the same color palette. You should take your screen image decrease it's color depth to 4-bit then use that palette for the progress. Once done you won't have this problem
Congrats to all![/size]
Merry Christmas All!
What a great way to start off the holidays!
Woo Hoo! Now stop teasing us all who have to wait until the economy collapses just to purchase Vista!
