Reply to Minor Races in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

what'd be really nice imo, is if the minors were essentially identical to the rest of the galaxy with just 2 minor differences no racial bonuses, just flat basic numbers as is. this would serve to handicap them in fairly significant ways i would think. start their HW with nothing on it but the capital, and 1000bc to work with, and perhaps no prediscovered techs. other than that, no holds barred. so, they'd be starting with a ra
