Total Conversion in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

Hello All, Just wanted to know if there are any TOTAL CONVERSION mods out there yet? I see a lot of little stuff floating around, Race portraits, ships, logos ect... but nothing that seems complete. I want to start my own Total Conversion MOD using a unique universe... just wanted to see if anyone else has done it... or come close...
