Activation Troubles in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

People over the last 24+ hours have been reporting some troubles with activation. We believe this occurred through some server issues and have corrected the issue. MyColors should not have messed with your themes at all. Please check your theme file to make sure the files are still there. In the mean time I was able to replicate the downloading troubles this morning. I have sent off an email (I'm not in the office today) about it and hope to hear back shortly. I did delete the registration page picture.

I would suggest it yes. If it doesn't work try it through MyColors instead just to be sure, but Impulse is still the first choice and recommendation.

The previous version of the dragon theme is available for download through Wincustomize.com. The premium theme of Dragon contains the animations and few updates, so does the MyColors theme. You might have the previous version. Just so you know we do pass on the requests that we get. Often times Stardock Design is stopped by licensing issues and the like. Support is not privy to all of the goings on. However all the notes do get passed on even if that is the only thing we can guarantee.

This is currently being looked at. When you purchase the beta in the Impulse store you get this message in the cart: "This is a preorder item that must be purchased individually. No other items can be added to cart at this time. Please complete checkout, and your preorder will be saved in our system. You will not be charged until this product becomes available to you." We are looking at making it bigger or contain a link for explination and so forth.

Do you have a MPEG-2 video codec installed? To display video dreams a MPEG-2 decoder is required. Certain versions of Vista do not come with this codec. Install/Run Impulse and then click on the Stardock Orb in the top left corner. Then make sure that 'show pre-release...' is checked. Demigod should show up in the MyGames tab in Impulse after that. If not then the next beta session has not kicked off yet and as soon as it does then you can download and participate in it.
