Thank you! Please know that is a commentary on the holidays and not some massive demand to go crazy and buy a ton of software.... unless you wanna. The part you can't see in that clipped poster is... well I will just show you.

My apologies for the delay. I have made a few postings here and there about the status of the update. Many portions of the update are under review and as such the update was pushed back. Upper management is giving it a good deal of attention. I don't have any definitive dates at this time but once we do we will be happy to post the news.
That is a common error we have seen. It is due to some updates through Microsoft to XP. Since the XP version of Login Studio has not been updated in years it often times will not run on fully updated versions of XP. I have seen some tricks in the forums that users have suggested but officially the XP version is not supported so I can't provide them. Sorry for that... [e digicons]:S[/e] That does not mean someone else can't chime in here with some suggestions you could try at y
You would actually have to have access to the animation strips built into the theme file. If you can contact the creator of the theme you like you could ask for the files so you can switch them around. Should you get the files it is as simple as just hitting browse, selecting the file, and making sure the amount of frames it is looking for is correct.
Sorry there is no set time line on this one. We are just trying to get UE and EU (funny I never noticed that, Ultimate Edition and Endless Universe for those whom don't know) ready to go on Impulse but several things are still pending as fixes first. If you have already registered the serial number the download will simply become available once it has been published through Impulse.
Well you can also make the purchase through PayPal as well if you have no credit card. We don't yet have a time line on retail Ultimate yet so it could be a good wait. Sales can better assist you in the details like this. Let me know if you have further questions though!
The 1.3 version of World of Goo is the same version you can download through Impulse. The developer did not provide us with a version string so we labeled it 1.0. All of the changes and updates to the game you see listed on the site are already part of your download from Impulse.
I'm not sure that Objectbar 2 has the option but Object Dock certainly has the option to hide the task bar. This can over ride the Windows options. You can find it under the settings menu > general. Just in case that was the trouble it will give you a good place to look.
Twilight was not pushed to retail for sale. It can only purchased online at this time. If you have any troubles with the purchase please let us or know.
The Ultimate edition of GalCiv2 is not yet available through Impulse. We are hoping to have all versions of the software available this week provided they stage and load correctly in all languages. My apologies for the wait. Please try again later this week to see if it has been made available. If you like you can send me your serial number so I can manually set it up from this end to save you time. The Ultimate edition of GalCiv1 is, of course. If you are having troubles with t
If you still have the same troubles please try the following from within Impulse: -Click the blue Stardock Logo in the upper left -Choose 'Preferences...' -Click on the 'Folders' section on the left -Click the 'Reset Data' button -Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info.
Heh, thanks very much for understanding. [e digicons]:')[/e]
There is a current beta available through Impulse that Bootskin Pro users should give a try. In Impulse click on the Stardock Orb, then check the box 'Show pre-release....' then refresh the MyDesktop page and update to the latest version. If you want to be careful uninstall the old version, restart, and then download a fresh copy of the beta.

What software of Stardock's are you running at the time? When does this happen? Also does it stop happening when you turn off whatever it is that you are running?
I had to reset my password. Ticket is open, no solution as of yet.
I only found 1 ticket through your email address listed here and it was back in Aug. can you send me the ticket number so I can follow up with your standing situation? I am refering to the one you referanced above, the GAM-976140 one. A reply was sent shortly after. I'll resend it just to be sure.
Is there no 2.0 for Vista Ultimate?
No, there is no need. 2.0 did not add new features for Vista Ultimate, nor did 2.5. If you purchase Deskscapes or have the full version available to you and run it on Ultimate it will display 2.0 but it will be the same as the free Ultimate only 1.2 version.
I just downloaded the free version of Deskscapes, there are a few sample animated desktops included. There is a minor problem though. All samples work just fine (Grassy field, Waterdream), but the Watercolor dream just doesn't start properly. No errors, it just freezes immediately (that's what it looks like) and shows nothing but a blue colored background. I have version 2.0, it won't let me update to 2.5.
<
The update is sort of up in the air. Upper management is looking at exactly what needs to be done with it and where they want it to go. The update will be delayed due to this and other factors. Sorry for the delay. I'll post again when I have more details.
Elpirata I have replied with a few suggestions to you in another thread. Alfie414 what location are you attempting to connect to? Have you tried uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling Object Dock to see if this corrects the situation? Do you have some very strict security software that could be blocking the connection? This issue was already cleared so I think a fresh install should take care of the situation.
It has been noted. However there is a update planned. We will see if the issue is already represented in any bug reports. In the mean time you can always save your theme and do a fast uninstall, restart, reinstall to clear the issue.
Just to be safe and troubleshoot please try this out. -Click the blue Stardock Logo in the upper left -Choose 'Preferences...' -Click on the 'Folders' section on the left -Click the 'Reset Data' button -Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info.
For Ultimate you would purchase it at $54.95 having already purchased WindowBlinds. If you like contact for further details on the matter.
2009 has been released. If your subscription is still active you can download all of the latest updates.
To clarify the Vista version is supported but the XP version is not. This is unless it gets a major update, but there are no plans to at this time. The website refers to both possible downloads in a blanket statement. I will ask the web developers to update this information to remove the confusion.
