The Ultimate and Endless Universe games for GalCiv2 have not been staged in Impulse yet. There is still some staging work to finish as I understand it (like language packs for one). Once it becomes available you will be able to register the game in Impulse and download any updates that are not already in the package you purchased. Sorry for the delay.

Officially Login Studio has not been updated for several years and is no longer supported. Many users have stated that it simply will not work on their system. At this point it really is just a "works or it does not" free application. There are several work arounds that you can try but please be careful because as I said it is not a supported program.

Are you using the betas or the current full versions? Click the Stardock Orb and uncheck "show pre-release...." and then update to the last release version. If this isn't the case please try a uninstall/restart/reinstall/restart again.

What location are currently using? What happens if you remove the docklet and replace it with a new one? The issue should have been cleared already so I would like to try and track down the culprit if I can.

I can't replicate that crash on my system here. Like Snowman said we need to know your OS + what your hardware is currently. Also any governing software like security software would be helpful. I honestly don't think it is likely a factor but I ask because it's always a good thing to ask.

I don't know if The Zapper is set up for Object Dock, but I don't think that it is. Likely Bichur is right about it being installed by Stardock Central or ImpulseGo to start > run and then copy this into the command line: %userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock It will open a file folder. Under your account I see the fish pack #3 but I don't see Aquarium Desktop. You do have the MyColors Aquarium but that isn't the same product. The MyColors theme just makes the desktop have a look of a fish tank. The Aquarium Desktop 2009 actually puts the items on your desktop along with animated fish. That is a separate purchase all together. This is the product that you would need. HERE Please le
