Reply to Planets, ships diappeared. Only symbols remained. in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

This happens to me every time I start a new game or load a saved game. Once you're in the game (on the game map, not just "main menu") click on the menu tab, then options, then interface, then slide your "Tactical View Zoom Level" down to zero then all the way back up to 100. Then click the continue tab. The planets and ships should all appear now. That works for me every time.
