Dear Frogboy, et. al., Realize that this a hail mary, but here goes: Imperium Galactic War is one of the best free-to-play browser games out there right now. It fills the mmo space niche in a thoughtful and extremely fun way and has developed a strong following from its players. It also bears the hallmark of being heavily influenced by Stardock games such as Gal Civ. However, poor marketing and a lack of development resources has doomed to
Volgar -- not sure what you're doing wrong, but if you're having trouble with the normal AI, you gotta go back to the drawing board. Don't compete with the AI on its own turf -- trying to outspam the AI is just a recipe for failure.
A few observations from someone who has believed in this game since Elemental was first announced: First let me say that the polish and just general feel of the game has tremendously improved from Elemental. I really think that Elemental suffered from being too ambitious and extra time and focus in the context of developing FE really shows. A sovereign should be forced to forecast or at least be relatively prepared for future unit production. 2) There should be an incredible wide range of resources that relate exclusively to the production of armaments, with a wide range of "recipes" for the production of armaments to match. Some of these resources sh

What if the following was done to give the the starbases a little kick: 1) TEC -- fully upgraded sb range should be enough to cover at least 50% of the well -- i.e. if you stick the sb as close to the planet as possible, siege frigates can't get in range of the planet w/o getting mowed down by the sb. Additionally, a powerful planet shield upgrade is researchable so that raiders have to take down the sb to get to the planet (or pound on the shield for a very long time unti
