in all honesty, it would be damn near impossible to enforce, considering the amount of wireless internet devices that are out there. besides, Warez and DDL sites can be taken down, but torrents and P2P apps are a lot harder to police. besides, it's a little late to stop music piracy now, anyway. It'd be interesting to see how this worked if it gets passed
meh, it's happened before. Vista's has the capability to be a great operating system, 4 or 5 years from now. When the general user's computer will have the resources to support it, and the code will have been (hopefully) repaired, people will love it, because it will run smoothly and look pretty. and Corporate America loves pretty things. case in point-Stardock.
very well said. i completely agree. :CONGRAT:
as people from certain political beliefs tend to be less caring when it comes to business, profit, IP, etc.
true, they may care less, but they are (hopefully) still aware of the difference between right and wrong.
sorry for double post

finally! im back at home, and between work and Brandi, im kinda tired, lol. she's resting for about a week and half, then she'll be good as new. thanks for the prayers and the kind thoughts. both of us really appreciate the sentiments that the WC community offered up. thought i'd also mention that, despite originally wanting a late spring wedding, we have moved the date of our nuptuals to February 17. so now she's laid up with a bunch of wedding crap to look through. i swear,
finally, a thread i can really relate to
congratulations, Leo
My prayers to you, hope all will be ok. good luck and god bless
Brandi, my fiance, is currently in a coma, due to some wonderful doctoring by some idiots at the hospital. really great of them to give her an overdose of anesthesia that shes allergic to in the first place. i am NOT happy with that at all, because i dont know if she'll be ok or anything, and im getting pretty hot at the hospital staff telling me nothing. my dad is currently alive. hope all is well for all of you, thanks for the kind words, and support. thought you'd like to know where
hopped on at the hospital terminal, dad will be able to come home for thanksgiving, so im thankful for that at least, Brandi will be going under the knife soon, probably tommorow morning. (thank goodness they're at the same hospital) thanks for kind words, will have some time to goof off while i wait for her, so i'll probably end up here, lol.
in light of the surgery my fiance is going through, and the fact that my father is now on his deathbed, due to a failing liver, i will probably not be on WC for a while, probably a week or so. i will try to get on once in a while, but i cant guarantee anything. see you all as soon as i can
