Tournaments I would like to see a tournament every 20-25 turns or so. No exp given, maybe a special trait for the victor that slightly increases tournament effectiveness. Heroes and their armies get healed/resurrected after the battle. 1st (winner), 2nd, and 3rd place available depending on the number of players on left map. 2-3 players - Winner (1st place gets gold, resources, and item of hero's choosing out of 3-4?) 4-5 players - 1s
I'm a bit disappointed at the 8 player maximum. In GC2 there wasn't enough room to fit all the races on the map. Any news of any team play for the human and AI? I used to believe in global warming several years ago when it didn't snow much for 3-4 years near my area. Now I know everything. Global warming was surposed to be the biggest Pazi paramid scheme. Some of these ideas are probably already posted: 1. Military starbases are the only structures able to build the biggest size ships after researching and building some modules. Once you research a new hull size you should be able to upgrade your starport to be able to build the new hull size. Starports can be upgraded and are only able to build up to large sizes. 2. Just some suggestions, got this idea from Ogre Battle. As much as I would like tactical combat similiar to MOO3, I think tactical combat should be simple. For each fleet players can give it priority commands. 1. Hit Points - Lowest, highest 2. Attack - Lowest, highest 3. Defense - Lowest, highest, armor, beam, missle 4. I noticed that in my old games, the AI builds a lot of embassies also. Any where from 4-6 on its home world and high HQ worlds. I think they had them in non border planets also.
1. Be able to control my ships in combat like MOO3. I was disappointed that I couldn't. Hate it when one of my ships is about to blow up and I can't retreat. 2.
