Yeah, it looks like it's the absolute path; those don't really work in my experience with DX. Have to go the old Shell Object route. Try this one: Const DESKTOP = &H10& Set objShell = CreateObject("Shell.Application") Set objFolder = objShell.Namespace(D
Wow, indeed. The technology is promising, but why don't they ever do demos with practical users? Those gals do not need to be seated everywhere they go, as if that's a fashion statement or something. People with limited/difficult mobility could use this, definitely, but then there's the problem of it being too small and not having a backrest.
Sounds similar to the word-a-day widget. Definitely seems possible, as far as displaying a different spell every day and animations, etc.. I think the more complicated part is where you get the spells from. Are you pulling them from a website, or writing them up yourself?
Way to go, Tom! Congratulations![e digicons]:star:[/e] You've been a master for a long time.
Woot! Congratulations, Harley! [e digicons]B)[/e] Well deserved, and long overdue.
[e digicons]:star:[/e] Happy Birthday, Murex! [e digicons]:star:[/e]
Congratulations, Uvah! Great spotlight for a great member of the community. [e digicons][/e]
Never really used that function. But I just tried it, and it seems to be working for me (on DX 4.0). As far as I can tell, the only thing it reduces is how far you can drag windows on your screen, and how much space they take up when maximized. What does/doesn't it do when you try it?
Love the tag, Teddy! (the 2nd one, that is)
Congratulations!
I will pray for Randy and his family. Wiz has been one of the nicest, most amiable people on WC, and it saddens me to read what he and his family are going through at this time. I hope things will turn around for them.[e digicons]
I didn't get the Jessie James connection. This was played too seriously to be funny, IMO. The Yogi rug, though, was amusing.
I miss his presence here, also, and hope he returns in the future. [e digicons]:star:[/e] Happy Birthday, Bilbo![e digicons]:star:[/e]
[e digicons]:star:[/e] Happy Birthday, Karen![e digicons]:star:[/e]
impressive thing, a launch.
Sure is. I'd love to see one in person.
Congratulations, Doc! [e digicons][/e]
I have no idea how you two are doing it. I got 4 meters by sheer luck. This game is insane...but hilarious!
Congratulations one and all![e digicons]:star:[/e] [e digicons][/e]
Neat concept, Po (as was OCCAM [e digicons];)[/e] .) So, up/down goes to folders and right/left shortcuts to apps/files associated with it (e.g. My Music folder > Xion, etc.?) c242 has done some skinnable work -- LINK -- but I'm not sure it pull icons/images from an IP or WB, nor do I know how to do that. The alternative is to have a standard set of .pngs for each filetype, much the same way we have a
Super-creative! Awesome work, Po. [e digicons][/e] [e digicons]B)[/e]
Great spotlight! Syd's just awesome, an outstanding member of the community. [e digicons]:star:[/e]
Looks great, Jim! I love the texture and elegance of this blind. Keep it up! [e digicons][/e]
You're welcome.[e digicons]:)[/e] P.S.: That would be 'sister'. [e digicons];)[/e]
Happy B-Day!
