Too funny.

NETIZEN. Kill it, burn it in a fire. Hehe. I'm with you on that one. The phrase "Google it" is a little annoying at times but it means what it says, so I use it.
Nice story. It got me smiling.
Why the long face?
Nice guide, ID! I'm gonna grab a bunch of those walls; they're awesome. Keep up the good work, and thanks for the nod.
I think maybe the Windows Explorer needs to behave more like the Internet explorer. -Tabbed browsing (I’d actually like to view multiple windows at the same time) -Customizable favorites list with shortcut links to related programs that are scattered about: e.g. "Graphics > Ps7, MSPaint, 3ds Max" or "DesktopX > DesktopX, Current Project folder, AniUtil” -Ability to open documents in same explorer window would be cool so I can multitask. (Text documents, word documents, stuff li
Just started using this and it's great. Thanks! Just wanted to mention this line: Call PopupMenuMin doesn't match the actual function's name: PopupMenu Tray () Also, any ideas why when I export my widget I have to click twice on the systray icon? I click it once and it flashes. Then I have to click it again. And is there any way to make it disappear if I don't select anything from the menu?
I'm glad you found these tuts useful. After a couple of mis-starts the fog is beginning to clear That's exactly how I'd describe my humble beginnings.....and humble present. I'm curious why there seems to be a low amount of postings here
I think the site's doing good. The news features are interesting; always love the "This Week in Skinning" articles by Island Dog. The site is as fun and friendly as ever. Getting to know more people in this my 2nd year. I so rarely change skins it's embarrassing (that's why I didn't answer). Not as embarassing as still using Luna XP! <img
Where were you when I was pulling my hair out over this?! GetExtensionName works better. Can't believe I didn't find this when I was googling about. Thanks, SirS. Now, is there a GetMyHairBack Method or am I stuck sporting the Britney look?
Nevermind. I created a solution.
I do believe I'm losing my mind. Please apply the following code to an object: 'Called when files are dropped onto object Sub Object_OnDropFiles(files) strExtension = Right(files,Len(files)-InStrRev(files,".")) msgbox strExtension msgbox Len(strExtension) End Sub Now, drag and drop an image file onto it. The first msgbox should show the file extension. The second msgbox should show how many characters are in the
Thanks. I DLed the wall and it looks pretty cool.
I don't think they can afford Vista. They can't even afford good security. Hey, did you create that wall or is that an official one?
Yes...that's what Microsoft did, too.... As a 24 fan myself, I think it's looking good 2of3. Although I personally think CTU needs to upgrade their GUI to something more sleek....
Thanks for clearing that up Bebi.
Well, then party on!
Happy B-day, Quentin! Wait......we are talking about Quentin94, right?
So the idea is that there will be this one Stardock weather widget and it will pull images from a WB skin. In addition, skinners will be able to make skins for this widget following a basic platform. Instead of thousands of weather widgets we get thousands of weather widget skins. I just have alot of questions for anyone who has an idea: Are we proposing that there will be a seperate gallery for widget 'skins'? What if we don't have WB? Would it also be able to pull image
When you add a skin to your favorites it asks you to say a few words about the skin. Where do these comments show up?
It was about ratings but someone named elvee private messaged me and said he'd check it out so I see there is no way to delete these things anymore or is there , anyway I just put some question marks and removed everything else... And here I thought this was some deep statement about society and how through "symbols" we all can reach common goals; coming to a great understanding to acheive inner peace and harmony. LOL!
Hey, thanks for the nod Quentin....I agree with your list (with the addition of Quentin94, of course) I'm really only into DX so I couldn't begin to pick faves from the other categories. I think all my DX faves have been listed here already; the legends, the innovators, & the trailblazers. Some unique DXers: SirSmiley, RabidRobot, CerebroJD, XX, among many others.
I'm very happy for ya Quentin. These individuals have proven themselves outstanding members of the community both in attitude and in contributions to the site. The quality of their work is consistent and generally well-received. Yep, that's you! CONGRATS EVERYONE! Good to see good things happen to good people.
