Bump and here to watch for replies. Whilst most are happy for all sound from all devices to be combined, it would be a useful feature to have an optional 'pro-mode' for audio which presents the audio from other devices through Multiplicity as separate audio streams which can then be modified in the manner outlined previously. As someone experimenting with streaming but with voice comms on a separate machine the ability to include or exclude the audio from that machine in my stream

I have discovered that my Matrox Parhelia card has an option very similar to my original idea, they call it 'Desktop divider' and you can split a large desktop into several evenly spaced sections and windows will maximise into whichever section you are in. CD

Hmmm ... that sizer program comes close to being a useful app in terms of what I want, by setting up custom resolutions of half the widescreen resolution it could be quite effective, but there is still a little bit of manual shuffling of windows into place even after you have resized them, it's a neat little work around but doesn't quite go the whole hog and address the entire problem ... but a nice start nonetheless. Basically I have just purchased a widescreen monitor, and a few thoughts crossed my mind, I was beginning to be annoyed by windows which when maximised are unnecesarily wide and a waste on on screen real estate, I know that I can use 'tile vertical' to take two windows and split them equally between the width of the screen however I find that if I have more than two running programs juggling them to ensure that only the two I want are tiled is an anno
