I went to test this out. Firstly, even though the slider lets me try to scale up to 200%, it never gives me 200%. It caps at 130% and when I restart it shows 130% even if I selected 200%. And secondly to answer the question of whether interface scaling adjusts the mouse cursor size. No, it does not. Mouse cursor remains the same size always.
Seeing how Brad wanted us to give reviews and feedback, I felt really compelled to give my opinions.
