For WindowBlinds open the configuration dialog and select "Change skin colours". In the dialog that pops up mark "Enable custom color support". Press the "Change colour..." button. A new dialog appears. Select the color and press "OK". Select how much color you want to blend by dragging the slider. If the skin does not support custom colors then mark the check box under the slider. Press the "Close" button. Finally press the "Apply this skin now" option.
