Three weeks ago you asked for CD-audio support in ObjectMedia. It's now implemented. If you are willing to test this then mail to [email protected] . Over the next couple of weeks I will be adding FreeDB support. Maybe we can add some CD-audio features you think would be cool to add. I couldn't find your e-mail address, so I was hoping you visted the MB from time to time. If other people are interested too then let me know.

In the DesktopX\SDPlugins folder you'll find a DXPlayer.txt file. Double click it. It will give answers to a lot questions like that. Maybe I should update that file some time, because it probably assumes an older version of DX. I think Stardock is doing a good job lately. There is a cool doc for DX. Forgot the link, though. Anybody got it? The point is that programmers are... erm... programmers. Writing good docs is not something every programmer can do or likes. ObjectMedia/D

All paths in that UIS file must point to the folder that you have pasted all this to. I am guessing that you didn't change the paths. Update these and you will be OK.

You can try to play with the WMP9 hardware acceleration setting: Options->Video Acceleration. Try changing it. Maybe an obvious one: Uninstall WMP9 and reinstall it. I assume you also tried to run WMP without any ODNT products. Try closing all applets running in the system tray one at a time. I am running out of tips at the moment.

OK. But remember that G-Spot is not always accurate. It guesses a lot. And it is not always right when doing that. If you are using DesktopX (not sure if you do) try to enable hardware acceleration or when it is already enabled disable it. Sometimes that helps too. Haven't tried CursorXP in a while. Maybe such an option is there too. WB has a similar option (Basic Settings->Performance). Reverse the
