If you are running Vista you really don't want the beta to this... This beta version has rebooted my machine (Vista Ultimate) while I was reading the news for no appearant reasons. Go to open a program and the system is in total Freeze Mode. Stay with the version you have until this verson is ready for every day use. I'd not refer to this version just yet as a beta version, perhaps Alpha. Kewl extras that come with it... but Bigger problems as well. I installed

After installing Windowblinds 7, my Windows Live Mail kept crashing, after I removed Windowblinds 7 and reinstalled Windowblinds 6 I had no Issues.
After I installed Windowblinds 7, I kept getting an error when I opened Windows Live Mail. The error had something to do with DEP (Data Execution Prevention). After uninstalling Windowblinds 7 the problem went away.
Black_brd ... it's not a she it's a he. Peggy is short for Pegusis. Again, like I said, if it ain't broke don't fix it. I tried to make a short cut the way 2of3 suggested before they suggested it, and I can't. I am quite fimilar with computers seeing I've been working on them since 1982.&

I personally do not care for the New way I have to use to put a dream on my desktop. It used to be, up and until yesterday that I could right click on my desktop and put my Dreams into action, now I have to open Impluse, click on Deskscapes, and then choose from a LONG LINE of dreams. Where before I could see many dreams in a large window... I now have a short line of dreams I have to scroll to the side to find the dream I am looking for. What happened to my right click and
I'm up to date as well... my dreams are too. It's either Vista or Direct X... because my computer seems to think it's a Direct X problem, I tend to agree with it.
I use this dream too, and I find that any of the Dynamic Dreams (Dreams that you can manipulate in some sort or manner), can be finiki when they restart after they've been paused in some state or other for what ever reason. If I have a dynamic dream (Photo Collage, Liquid Dream, Winter Snow... these dreams are dynamic, some kind of interaction between you and the dream) running for instance I start a game (Joint Operations, Unreal Tourniment or any other games) that uses Di
Update your Codec files on your computer. I use K-Lite Codec Pack, which is free to download and can be found here: http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/k-lite/k-lite-full.html on Snap Files.com web site.[e digicons][/e] PS... this is not the only Codec Pack that will work... but it's the one that I use.[e digicons]O:)[/e]
ConGrats CarGuy! As far as the cloud dreams go... the last one you posted - Flyin'High - is in my opiniion the best of all the Cloud dreams. [e digicons]5*[/e] [e digicons][/e] [e digicons]5*[/e]
Joint Ops actually pauses the Deskscape dreams and they restart when I close the game down. My game is not at the same resolution as the normal desktop is and has no issues coming back to the normal size... although I am running Vista Ultimate on 32 bit not 64 bit. I normally have no issues with the operating system and Dreams/Deskscapes.
It probably isn't a Ram issue but a Video Card issue. Is this a built in video card? Do you have more then 256 mb of ram on the video card?
If you get Roxio 10 using video wave, you can add animation to still jpegs. You can make these still photos almost appear as if they were a video which in turn can be made into dreams.
It sounds like you are saving your files in a different location then where your default location is of wincustomize. You must browse to where you have saved your files and then choose one.
I've not seen a dream that carries any Dynamic Content. You could create a widget like the ones used with sidebar, or set the background as Active Desktop and run ASP or PHP in the background to connect to http:// content.
Well I purchased Ultimate as soon as it came out... the Dream feature is really nice, but I also use some of the other features such as IIS (Internet Information Server). I have yet to complain about my machine. The only thing that would not install is my 3 year old HP black laser printer, which is ok because I had just purchased a new full colour laser printer which works just fine. Sorry to hear not everyone had the same experience as me. I also am a Microsoft Certified P
I use my Kodak 612 to take photos and videos (I strongly recommand the use of a Tripod for the camera so you can take non shakey photos/videos) and I use Windows Movie Maker to edit the movie (remove the first second or two if there is any movement in the video from your hand pressing the start button. Try to make a good loop, then use the Dream Maker tool that came with StarDock Central. You also need to make a thumbnail image and a full size screen shot. The thumbnail (256 X 256 pixels or l
100% love it! Everything but one Black Laser (3 yrs old) worked. I purchased Ultimate, I am running a Dual Core AMD 4200 with 2 Gigs of Ram, X1300 PCIE vid card, ASUS 32/64 Bit Motherboard (running under 32 bit). Runs like Cream... not a chance to go back to XP Pro.
