Starbase Modules Range & other questions in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Hi Apologiese in advance if this has been answered, but i have searched the boards to no avail. Question: What is the range of the effectiveness of the modules i build on my starbase?. By this i mean, say one of the factory ones that give 10% to production. If it is anywhere in the same sector {and i am assuimg a sector is one of those blue squares the map is broken up into} does the bonus apply to all planets in the same sector? Or do i have to build it right ne
