I've got the Invalid URL probem when downloading Movies and tutorials... I've desinstalled everything, reinstalled Stardock, try to download the game again and now I Got 'Invalid Account' error ! my settings are correct.. How can I FINALLY get my purchased game to work ?????

Same here too : Multimedia succeeded, One time tutorials has downloaded succefully, but I've uninstalled the game to reinstall, think it solved the pb, no way. no response from the support team...
