well, being that this is a text board, I would expect there to be typos. Spelling however, is fairly fundamental and with out the written text on these boards, there would be no ideas to discuss. Besides, it does matter if you lack the ability to articulate your ideas, written or spoken. I am glad that most of us can see over the typos and understand our comrades' posts and aren't too hung up on every little spelling error.

i wouldn't sweat it too much man, you're system does a very fine job and there's no need for benchmarks to tell that, lol I'm not a vista expert, but I think Vista comes with DX10 and DX9L. DX9L, from what little I've read, is supposed to emulate DX9 in some fashion so DX9 programs will run on vista. The benchmark, I bet, is probably having problems with this. Best guess is the usual: see if there are updates for vista or your benchmark - possible videocards as well as it won't hur

I liked 4 sister wines, They are a local NJ winery. But since I've moved, I've not tried a new wine. I do enjoy guiness, epsecially since killian's is getting more watery. I research and sell it to the AI. I do this for 2 reasons 1 - I get a good amount of money for it, which is nice. 2 - hopefully, I'll trick the AI into building or auto upgrading thier planets with these farms. This kills thier morale. This way, especially for nicer planets I can use the money I got for selling farms to fund revolts when I invade (information warfare) and I get a nice new planet, which is cool.

That is one problem our military faces. Traditionally, militaries fought eachother, or, they fought an "identifiable" enemy. By identifiable, I would mean things like uniforms, command structure, organization, Rules, etc. With modern wars, our enemy tries to look like civillians as civillians are traditionally identified as being non-combants and shouldn't be killed. However, the spirit and intent of the text is that Moses's people should reject the other gods (releigions) in favor of God. You must also take into account that back then, Juddaism existed at a time when monotheism was fairly rare, so it would be implicit in its teachings to actively reject other religions (And transition to from polytheism to monotheism). Mystikmind, I'm merely commenting on the ability of US police to use Force from your earlier comment (#68). In the US, I really can't use the perception of a threat as justification for Deadly Use of Force. Unless it is very weird circimstances, I need an actual and immediate threat (Ie. an offender pulling out a firearm and aiming it at someone). If I percieve that an individual is going to kill me, am I justified in killing him? No. There may not have been an actual threat; he may ha
