Y'know...apparently it's not the program, my dad got me Corel Paint Shop Pro, and it's equally as awful! I need to learn how to make icons.

I have an icon request for Arcsoft PhotoStudio 5.5. And here is what I managed to do with MS Paint, (I can't afford photoshop or fireworks, and Photostudio is just for photos)
