Are you sure that the ratio of food/civilians is 1 megaton/a million? If so, that is a HILARIOUS observation. Well, I said it already: That's what's written in the manual. Has anyone noticed this yet? 1,000,000 citizens need 1 megaton food per week. 1 megaton = 1,000,000 tons. That means 1 citizen eats 1 ton food per week, or 1000 kilograms. That's 143 kilograms per day. Bon appetit...
