I submitted a screenshot of my desktop and it was rejected. It provided a link for "Guidelines" but they do not discuss "submission guidelines". It' not a rip, no porn, no violence, no buisness URL - none of that... just a regular desktop screenie. Anyone else have a link to another set of guidelines I'm not seeing? How am I supposed to fix it and resubmit if I don't know why it was rejected? -Suzy

Thank you for the explanation guys I'm still having the same problem with IconX - lets wait and see what support says.
Hmmm reading your tutorial... When I open up "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data" - I don't have a Stardock Folder.
Hi friends, I just bought IconX yesterday and as soon as I run it, my taskbar hides. I've tried various things and can't figure out why. I'm running both ObjectBar and WindowBlinds and none of them are set to hide the taskbar. I've called Stardock support and noone can figure why my taskbar is in hiding. Has anyone else had this problem? Get this... I'm using dual monitor with UltraMon. As soon as I click and focus in a window, th
haha awesome thanks! I tried out the free public version and it hides my taskbar - I cant find anywhere in the options to *not* hide it. If I purchase it, will I be able to unhide it with the full version?
Ok... I've gone through a few posts hoping to find the answer but I'm being terribly lazy (being that it's the first day of my 10 day vacation!). Check this out - see if it makes sense - cause it sure as heck doesn't make sense to me. In Windows resolution 800x600 (just as an example) the desktop icons are obviously larger than what I currently run (1280x1024). However, when I enlarge my icons from 32 up 5 pixels to 37
Thank you thank you thank you thank you!
Hmm... I disctinctly remember using my object dock with sound. I even remember the background that I used was the animated "water"... ohhhh, could that have been my DesktopX? Bah, I really dont want to use that again - I love my current desktop, hehe. I'll poke around and see if I can find a way to contact this AndreasV. Thanks much for your help. -Suzy
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
I remember with an older version of ObjectDock, we were able to add mouseover sounds to the icons. This was one of my favorite features of it. Has it been removed from this version? If not, could someone please tell me how to add mouseover and click sound to the icons on my dock. Many thanks in advance. -Suzy
Yes, using BMP images at 24 bit, I tried 32 bit and they looked all weird and pink in SkinStudio. Nope, transparency isnt checked. I checked them and applied just to make sure and nada Dunno what else to do here. I wish there was some basic n00b documentation that we could look at to learn what every command string means.
I am learning how to make my first skin by editing someone elses and I can't figure out why the skin shows the left half of my image on my start menu but it doesn't show the right half nor the bottom section where it says "All Programs". I've tried to compare both side strings and I can't figure out why one side shows ant not the other > -Suzy
Thank you, I don't check my yahoo email as often as I should but it's the one registered to my Stardock account. Thanks again for your quick reply.
I uploaded my first Screenshot for the Screenshot section on Friday. After uploading, it appeared under "My Skins" and says it needed approval. I come back today and it's nowhere to be found. It's no longer under "My Skins". Does it disappear when WC approves it? I can't find it under the Screenshots section so I don't think it's been put up. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
