Hehehe.... Well the battles are granted to last longer. And the swarming technique of bombers could be counteracted with fighters, or flak-like cannon abilities which will get rid of them easily. Many capital ships have these, and fighter compartments so you should be fine.

I think its a metal. Since it clearly stated that the metal in their ship grealty increases their powers but is weak. So thats why the use shields.

The Metaverse needs more people. period. Even if they dont submit scores doesnt mean they should be kept out of that part of the community. The Metaverse is being utillised for its scores and its empires. Its so much more, and has the potential to being so. Those people who dont submit scores might still be in game veterans that could help out the common noob, or the decent person who gets stuck. I dont think the reps system should be based the way you said it should. What would be major what would be minor. I think that each empire that accepts the message automatically gets 1 rep. Then for each 10 extra members they get more, but there would be a limit of 10 or something. To avoid over representaion(to stop people whinning). Then we can adjust the representation based on the AltMeta data and the activity of those members. Also, the "freemens group"(or the people without empires) would

Dont know if this has been talked about(here or at the old forum). But i had the a good question that crossed my mind. For carriers, when you make them will they be outfitted with the ships they carry? Or do you have to build those ships and then put them on the carrier? And can you customize the ships your carrier carries? These are the questions that haunt me.

True, thats why the give you options, and the AI is very flexible and responds well to changing situations(in battles and such). And you will recieve warning messages when your fleet is being obliterated, so if you want you can just step in, or you can manage every battle from the start. Its your pick.

I think that we should organize, and send a message out to all the empires. Those who answer will be welcome to discuss the issues. We will also have to come up with an equal representation and voting system. We will either have to make our own forum or use one of the ones in existance. Those not in any empires will have to be somehow informed and directed towards the forum. Everyone should get equal say, no matter where they come from.
