activating newer version w/ no internet in Technical Support GalCiv2 Forums

help please. I havent played this game in more than a year.... installed game on my new laptop. i wanted to install the collectors edition over top- but found that it looks like THAT, has been upgraded over the past year, it is now called bonus pack 2. i am swinging between a pc w/ internet---and a lapper w/ NO internet. i got prepared to kick some planetary booty- and when i ran the disc, it asked me to activate and email.
