Thanks Alex. My last final is this evening and so I'm planning on doing a couple medium maps all day tomorrow.

Hi all! Thank you for the invite. I play mostly Tiney, but have been getting larger and larger as I grow more comfortable with my increasingly hard difficulty levels. Can Anybody point me to a good suicidal or obsene guide?
DONFIELD THAT WAS HILARIOUS!!! At first I was disturbed, but by the end I was lauging my ass off!! I can totally see Orionsol slapping his desk with his keyboard screaming "I WANT A DYNAMIC TECH TREE!"
Only if you can fix the current status quo of having starbases so lightly defended in the latter game. I think we can agree that the micromanagement bottleneck happens with starbases. Last thing I'm going to do is spend even more time microing these massive moons of steel when they become such liabilites anyways.
Battle of Britain style AI algorithm? Please explain. Is there such a creature?
Ok so I was playing another game this morning when the same plague event happend. All the same settings. And this time 3 of the 4 nations started researching "plague cure". It would have taken them a very long time. 114 weeks or something. So I just finished them off. So I want to clarify that the ai did research plague cure this time. I took some screens, but I can't find them. Anybody know the default screen save spot?
I was playing DA yesterday and my game was going nowhere. I was on a tiny map with 6 opponets (Painful I think) and the writting was on the wall for me because I had the fewest colonies and I was grunting just to do things like researching laser II. Anyways, Then this event happened, which said there was a plague. And that populations would slowely die until a cure was researched. That was real clever. Integrating the tech tree for events. Anyways, my population was crashing faster tha
Oh will you frenchies shut up and go back to grinding out your 35 hour work week.
Difficulty Urinating. Dribble...Dribble... Try again later!
Honestly, Playing Drengin I think is tuff because of the reasons you mentioned. Sure, being evil has it's advantages, but it is hard to cash in on them when you simply don't have the time to research xeno ethics because at any given time you are at war. Something you could try is to ally or team with some other civs before the game starts, but even then often times your stuck fighting for them because they get war declared on them when you're simply not ready for war. I norma
I always did the same as warriorinformer 1 farm, 1 econ, 1 moral. Thank you for clarifing the population status for those small planets.
Beautiful French language? If French was so great how come you are here in English? English is the language of business. It is hard to understand how French people are so easily offended yet surrender so easily.
I played another SOE massive multiplayer, it was planetside. I remember betaing PS, Huge battles of thousands of players, but the devs thought that "patching" was "balancing". I think we all can agree, if we pay big bucks every month, we want new content every month.
Which leads to a very good question that I have seen a couple times on the forums but it has never really recieved a solid answer. Once I hit advanced espionage, does the level of spending help steal techs faster? Once you're advanced, is spending 0 the same as spending 150?
So you've been playing for 25 years and you still cuss on forums like your 12?
The UN has no military. The UN is useless. Ask the slaughtered Serbs, Cambodians, or Rawandans about UN military might. In my opinion, the game already reflects the way the UN is currently run. Larger powers have more say about how they want to see the world run in issues like property and trade.
anymore input on this subject?
I am interested in this as well. I get smashed on harder levels, but if I could start with a few more med-level techs I could at least hold my own at the start without cheat codes. Currently, I edit the XML for my race abilities and give myself big boosts to econ and such, but then the whole rest of the game becomes too easy. A few more starting techs of some significance could help me out.
