While there have certainly been planets with a higher planetary income than this one, there just as certainly has never been a planet that's been the source of a greater galactic income. For posterity's sake I felt this needed to be documented.

The Republican Party A party whose only path to victory is by getting a large percentage of the white vote, 61% currently and rising each year, a party that appeals to a narrower and narrower distribution of people, a party whose victory depends upon restricting the right to vote and demonstrably hackable electronic voting machines that leave no paper trail, a party that believes that half of the country pays no net income taxes because they're lazy and stupid instead of because 1

I work in a DoD research facility and *everyone* other than myself is voting for RobMe because they're afraid that Obama will cut military spending and they'll be out of a job and on the street competing for wages against people living in a dung hut.
Still not working ....
Too bad this is the most life these forums have seen in years.
Bump. Empire logo JPG's and scroll buttons still not working.
Still no movement on the Empire JPG logo issue or the scroll buttons at the bottom of the Top Characters and Top Empires screens. Here's a screenshot of the scroll button issue, the logo issue is well documented in the screenshots above.

I'm posting from another site (forums.stardock.com). Let's see if there's any difference. Hmm ... it seems to be working. I guess it's just the Galciv2 site that no longer supports JPG"s.

I got no response to this in the Metaverse so I've moved it to the Forum issues forum. Bara?
As to what will really happen that's still quite a bit up in the air. As I mentioned the UCI claims jurisdiction over the cycling world and the ASO is the governing body of the Tour de France itself, both of which feel they should be involved if there's to be any stripping of Tour de France titles. However while it is true that the USADA does not hold any direct control over what the UCI does it does exert some influence over the UCI which is signatory to the WADA (World Anti-
I recently noticed that my empire had a logo that was certainly not the one I had uploaded so I removed what was there and tried to upload my original logo. I couldn't get the upload to work although at least the offending logo was removed. Could we get Bara to take a look and hopefully fix this so that I could upload a logo of my own choice?
First off the USADA has absolutely zero authority to strip Lance of any of his Tour de France wins nor anything else except perhaps his 2000 Olympic bronze medal. The UCI is the international governing body of cycling and in fact has required the USADA to present it's evidence to them and they will decide what, if anything, will be done regarding Lance's Tour de France and other cycling titles. Secondly Lance has never failed a drug test nor has any of these charges ever
Like Marvin says, it depends on what's most important at the moment however the big benefit of auto-survey is that the survey ships know where the anomalies and you don't so using auto-survey gets you more anomalies and sooner than you could do yourself. The only down side of auto-survey is when you have multiple survey ships out they tend to clump up and become less effective but I find that if I see that happening or about to happen I shut off auto-survey for a turn or two a
is the community still alive?
The short answer is no. But while the community is much reduced from that of a few years ago there are still a few folks that check back in every so often and you can still usually get an answer to a question although you might have to wait a few days for a response.
