I have my taskbar at the top and the same thing has happened to me with certain programs--even before I started using WB. Especially if I installed a program with the taskbar in a different place or with autohide on, and then changed it. A clean install of the program(s) with the taskbar set how I wanted it was the only thing that worked. Worth a try maybe? WB really is worth it.

Stupid newbie here. Could anyone tell me how to make explorer bar icons work in Mac OS Tiger by Steve Grenier. I can't seem to get it right. Thanks!

To CHrisalcoalt: I had a similar problem where taskbar would not load. Tried all the fixes and nothing worked. Created a new User (administrator) and transferred anything that mattered, then applied the WB configuration I wanted to that user and everything was fine. It was easier to do than I thought it would be. Don't think any of it had anything to do with WB, but it did happen right after installing an ObjectDock update directly from SD (which made me wonder). Good luck, anyway.
