"Feel free to steal any ideas here, by the way." I just did. I took the United Terran Empire and used it to make an "alternate universe" version of the Earth Federation, where Earth was struck by a comet (ripped off annother mod!) shortly after the Federation is formed, and the planet is reunited under a military dictatorship. In fact, the rip-off race is only one word off from yor race's name:

Come to think of it, you don't need to make a big fancy mod to do this. Just download the "Implement All Raical Abilities Bonuses" mod in the library and give your new humans research penalties and planet colonization bonuses. Presto! you're done!

When they're happy, go with a human with wolven features: eyes, pointed ears, and small fangs. For neutral relations, make them hunch over slightly, sweating (turing into a wolf is painful, after all.) with small rips in thier clothes,

If you want o toggle minor races, download the expansion pack, Dark Avatar. If you already have DA, the number of minor races option is on the galaxy set-up screen. To make an ally your enemy, break the alliance then attack them. You can break an alliance by opening the diplomacy window, (the one that normally has 'Trade Embargo' on it, not the one where you talk to them.) And no, there isn't a 'no enemies' mode.

There are a LOT of situations that COULD start WWIII: Pakistani and Indian tensions could flare up, Iran invading Isreal might also set the world ablaze, North Korea doing pretty much anything could also be very bad, and there hundreds of others. Of course, some of these situations are more proboble than others. That's my two cents.
