It's called "Fall From Grace". Disclaimer: The full story is in the 'Game Talk' forum.

Evans squirmed in his seat as the shuttle craft neared the Barbados' hangar bay. He didn't mind it ship being converted into a warship, what bothered him was that most of the crew had been rotated to newer ships, so they would have some experienced crew on board. Please, just let one of them be human. Evans thought as the shuttle touched down in the hangar. The door popped open, and the Thalan pilot turned to Evans. "Welcome back, Admiral." With the ghost of a smile on his face, Ev
The Assryians were the hardest hit by the plague, and the Korx took advantage of this by declaring war on them in April of 2233. The Thalans, who were at this time allied with the Assryans, declared war on the Korx almost immediatly. The Torians reamied neutral, but roumors persisted that they supplied small arms and medcal supplies to the Korx. Strangly, niether the Thalans or Assryians asked the Federation to join them. As the war raged, it was discovered that none of the space-faring srecies
I'm really enjoying this AAR, but what is this event in post #80? I have never formed an alliance ( hell, I don't know how to lol, guess the Yor are too evil) so I am unfamiliar with galactic events that may be triggered with forming an alliance. If you are just creating this event for story purposes then I apologize for the useless post. It also makes me wonder if you just killed off some of your populations by removing farms to reflect your story. <br
The new allaince forged in June of 2230 was extremely controversial, sparking protests and igniting a wave of paranoia through out not only the Federation, but much of known space. In March of 2233, a human terrorist group calling itself the Alliance For Human Domination detonated several bombs carrying a deadly, highly contagous virus in several cites across the galaxy, relasing a plague that would later become known as "The Second Black Death." It killed quickly and by the millions. Graveyards
Is "maintaner of the peace" a real position in the game. or some kind of poltical mega-event Neither. This looks cool, btw, I'm bookmarking this.
oops! sorry.
hmmmm...not exactly the best people to make that argument!
Edgar's finger trembled over the holo-screen's "on" button. He knew good and well that what he was about to do would enrage a lot of people, but he belived he was right in doing it. Summoning his courage, he turned the unit on and told it he wanted to speak with the Thalans. Sure enough, Hitheseus' face appeared on the screen. "To what do I owe thisss visit,Human?" she said, in her strange, hissing voice. "Hive Queen Hitheseus," Edgar sighed, "On behalf on the Federation, I offer you...an allian
*FOX News Alert* Today, after months of debate, Silar Montgomery, who was convicted of sellinjg our ships to criminals was sentenced to 25 years in prison without parole. Mr. Montgomery will serve this sentence in the new Galactic Prisonj that was recently completed on Athena. In other news, tension betweem the Korx and Assryians continue to near thier flash point. In an ulrealted story, the race that is immigrating to the Federation in the graetest numbers is the Korx. Stay classy, San
Here's some more ships, fresh from Earth Federation Shipyards! Jefferson Davis class medium frigate: "/> Patton class light frigate: <img src="http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/9757/pattonclassfrontviewyv5.jpg" border="0" alt="Image
more later, it's getting late, good night, and good luck conqering the galaxy! (and make cool ships while you're at it!)
Here's some of my ships for the Earth Federation. (you might know them from my latest AAr.): first, the F-10 Death Hawk. Shot at 2007-08-08"/> Birmingham Class Dreadnaught. (I didn't make this in my AAR game, I made it in a Battle of The Gods match.) <img sr
I play to the end every time...mostly because I like the victory cutscenes. (spelling?)
Ahhh, thanks!
Sounds good so far, I'll watch this one.
I'm a total noob, how do I open GalCiv in window mode? (Ships will come soon...maybe.) Please tell me ASAP, I want to share my latest creations, the Birmingham class dreadnaught, F-10 Death Hawk, and Patton Class frigate.
They don't colonise,ut the AI occasionally forms allainces with them in my games and immediatly declares war on me, and the minors sometimes attempt to invade my planets...if I don't irradicate them first. But other than that, no, they don't expand.
Sorry, no research, queue, but you CAN request it in the post "Your ideas for the next update".
"No you don't. 1. Find the original pieces you hooked onto the starting block. 2. Turn them until they face the right direction when you reset the ship viewer. Easy as pie." Okay, that's better. Thanks.
EXTRA,EXTRA! This is Korxian Imperial News: At a recent UP meeting, Hitheseus, undoubtedly manipulated by the Humans, voted for the Earth Federation on the issue of a Galactic Prison, netting them the rights to build it, where the inmates will be tortured, rather than worked to death, further proving the humans have no knowledge of economics whatsoever. In other news, the Assyrians are building up their military, and continue to refuse the slaves we generously offer them. Oh, we
"Next run the game (DL or DA) in window mode not full screen mode." Stupid question: how do I run the game in window mode?
Greetings. That block actually comes with a direction. Make sure your ships follows the arrow at the front of the block, or else you might end up with a "sidewinder". Use the ship views, to confirm that your front is where it should be. Ohhhh. Thanks. Still, it kind of stinks that I have to re-design some of my ships.
I've made some custom ships recently, (starter block, no preset hulls.) ansd when I tell them to move, they either move sideways or backwards. Is this a bug, or is it my fault?
"or search it on www.ign.com and whatch the vidieos" I checked out the site, and there weren't anu videos.
