Reply to True Terraforming in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I agree - being able to Terraform *useless* worlds would add a whole new dimension to the game, not to mention make things much more interesting when playing in smaller galaxies where the usable worlds vanish very quickly. When I played the game for the first few times, I never got far enough to reach the Terraforming skill. I was playing at the lower levels to get a feel for the gameplay.
