Techs in Twilight of the Arnor Stardock Forums

Out of the blue all buildings (old and current) are showing up on my planet development screen. Is there some way to turn that off so that only current buildings are available?

Ive installed Twilight/Uninstalled/installed/un/in...4 times now and the same problem is occuring...the game keeps skipping both in audio and graphics, almost as if I dont have enough RAM, but I do. Gal II and DA both run fine but Twilight keeps skipping. Cant for the life of me figure it out...any ideas. (ps..if you have any ideas please understand that I am computer illiterate) Thanks Nelbo
