Problem, Please Help!!! in Community WinCustomize Forums

I downloaded the Mac OSX theme for my HP laptop, and the start menu(and bar) works as I place it at the top just like the Mac computers, but the bar with the icon's (I believe it's called the dock?) doesn't show up, and that's what I really wanted, so please help!!! http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/5/54/AM_MacOSX_Panther.png/256px-AM_MacOSX_Panther.png ^^The link above shows what I mean, the bar at the bottom^^
