So let me see if I understand this correctly... When using Opera and Windowblinds, it's creating a third toolbar at the top for the custom close buttons... etc...? I don't really see the problem with that. Firefox and Opera always did that for me whether I was using a blind or Aero. Having it happen in new versions instead of the app filling the entire screen isn't much of a problem, imo. Though I can see how it would be annoying for a teeny netbook with a ten inch screen. But

Hey, man... let's face it, not everything will be fit for one's taste. But no one's taste can speak for everybody else, man. I like minimalistic skins as much as the next guy, but sometimes, you need something a little more interesting that a dark grey start menu to stare at for a while. But see, there was this time when I would download a bunch of skins... and apply them, and think they were great. But after a while, a certain design choice would start to bug me a bit.
Uvah...have you tried using photoshop?
I also ask this question... Paint.net (in my humble opinion) is just a cheap program that the kids can use to make pretty scribbley lines. Kind of like Ms Paint. :P I'd at least trade up to Gimp. And if that is too daunting, you could always get GimpShop which emulates Photoshop relatively well. And would get you ready to make that leap into the arms of
Quoting Mirsguy, reply 54Glen, did you right-click on your start menu and choose properties > customize? After this, change the "number of recent programs to display" values under "start menu size" AND uncheck some of the items in the list on top. If you've already done this, then I dunno. Ah yeah, it's really weird because I can actually almost empty the start menu and it's still about the same height. T

Most of this stuff could be avoided with a little common sense. I've had the joy of repairing my brother in-law's mother's computers on several occasions. She's the kind of person that selects "Okay" every time a pop up interrupts her online. I could see her getting hit by this kind of thing. Simple precautions can be taken though. I block ads through Firefox, I have my Firewall and Anti-Virus up to date, and I'm not stupid enough to open attachments from Prince Abdulah McScrewsyouove

It's not because I'm not a gamer, it's because I don't care for RTS games. I find your lack of tolerance amusing.
Interesting. "Oh look, it's a thread about StarCraft. Isn't that an RTS game? I bet people would like to know about my dislike of RTS gam

Yeah, I remember that episode. I can also agree that Hugh Laury is a great actor. The only problem I have with House is the repetitive nature of the medical emergencies. Every episode follows the same basic storyline. Person collapses, House has a theory, House tests a theory, House is wrong, House has an epiphany, House saves a life. Rest of the show is great though! :D I also think Vincent D'Onofrio (Detective Goren from Law and Order), and Tony Shaloub (Monk) are gr

There are, in fact, a variety of zombies that can run just perfectly fine!
"Rage" Infected don't count when using the standard term "zombie". Zombies are the undead. And the dead suffer from an affliction called Rigor-Mortis (sp?). Hence, the shambling motions. So, "zombies", in fact, cannot run. This is, of course,

I'm actually interested to see how they're going to handle this when it comes to multiple users randomly being given the same IP. As an example... I am banned from 4chan for posting spam. Even though I've never even posted on 4chan. Hell, I don't even GO... to 4chan. But alas, if I happen to get redirected to that said, there's a banned message. All because somebody else has access to my floating IP through my ISP. I'd like to know how many 80 year old grandmas are goi
