Prior to finishing our basement with the OCBS, we remedied a wet basement problem with another company. We had the complete OC system installed in 845 sq ft. (approx. $45/sf) during 10 days in July by one individual OC contractor and two days with a certified electrician. I cannot speak more highly of the quality of their work and professionalism and we are very pleased with the final OC product.
