Glad to see this. For the writing. How will this be handled for anyone who bought into the game from Crusade and hasn't played the base game? As for Intrigue I can assume that writing will start once the new expansion is closer to being finished? Will it be three separate user manuals or a single general manual with sections covering each portion of the game (Vanilla, Crusade, Intrigue)? I tend to put them as close to the planet as possible, or if there is a cluster of worlds in the center of those. The closer the better as you want to flip them quickly and not have to wait for your own culture to build up which can take awhile. Also helps if the enemy world isn't as developed so there is less resistance.

At half a pop point per colony ship the AI was rather quick about colonizing worlds, though I think part of the issue is the AI also uses colony ships to scout for planets. With only a sensor range of 2 these ships can take far too long at times. While having minimum of 1 pop per ship is better the colony supplying the colonists will run out faster if the home system only has a single world. In this case I think having the starting world as overpopulated might be a good thing fo

Are you saying you want me to add some to GRM? [/quote] Glad you could make use of them. It would be great if you wanted to add them to GRM, if not just let me know what to do and I can do it myself. My thoughts on it were: Benevolent - +50% infl
