Everything I want in the new expansion pack has been said.. apart from these: - Mini Campaign detailing the arrival of the Krynn. - Mini Campaign detailing the arrival of the Thalans. - Mini Campaign (not sure if this one is possible) to detail the events in the war between the Arnor/Dreadlords (whilst you play either Arnor or Dreadlords). - Planets in more depth! Entertainment networks shouldn't just be the only building to improve morale! Make citizens demand armed spacesh

I name my ships based on the race, version, and the reason it was built for (along with a unique name for the class of ships). (Custom Race: Livoran) LVN Territorial Scouter MKI (Livoran Navy Territorial Scouter - Mark 1. Obvious reason: To scout the the immediate sectors around the "core system", which is normally two sectors in each direction.) However, capital ships with immense fire power - (usually created when I have maxed out weapons and defensive branches. Used norma

Alternative universe: You have a portal where you can constantly check Empires in both universe (essentially having to manage two empires, one part being in your home universe, the other being in the alternative universe.) Because the laws of physics would be different in this universe: - Events like planet explosions could be very random and a little common, due to "instabilities" in a planet's core which, over time, becomes more unstable overtime (possible same with "suns"?). - Err

To quote Wikipedia: "The licence fee represents approximately 75% of the BBC's income. However, the UK's second public broadcaster, Channel 4, has claimed that it may need licence fee income if it is to continue with public broadcasting after the digital switch-over. To this end, on April 25, 2006, it was announced that Channel 4's digital switch-over bill would be paid for from the licence fee." Basicaly, it's to pay for BBC1, BBC World, BBC News, etc. We have no choice. Luckily, I

I've recently decided to play on one of my very first games I played in GalcivII Dark Avatar, not remembering why I stopped playing that game. I then found out why. My civilization and the Dread Lords are the last civilizations in a small map (hey, it was one of my first games playing both GalCiv2 games). I currently occupy all planets but one, which is hme to the Dread Lords. I've apparantly left the United Planets (Well there is no point in being in it if you are the last major civili

After updating to the newest patch availible, I started to play the game. Everything was fine until the game shutdown by itself giving the following error: "The instruction at "0x008cc9a8" referenced memory at "0x0164dd40". The memory could not be "written." I'm running Windows XP Professional on a AMD Athlon Dual Core Processor. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, so sorry if it is the wrong place. Any help appreciated.

I must ask one thing: What is better? A CD Backup in a sleeve which would cost less, letting more money being able to use for game delvelopments, or a full case, manual, etc. which would of costed more? Remember, the company thbat makes these games are small, and as they have pointed out: Shops would take down Galactic Civilizations II for Dark Avatar - not letting gamers that may want to play Dark Avatar play, because they also need Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords. They gave

I've just re-downloaded and started the compain on Dark Avatar. However, being impatient, I decided to look at the campaign files of the game - there has been no mentions of the Krynn! Are they involved in the campaign? I'm off to play the compaign now.

Hey, I'm running Windows XP Proffesional. Everytime I try to install the program, at 27% it says that it cannot install a file. (Where it's installing, it has 'Lesson09_BuildingShips.bik' in it, so I'm assuming it's that file that wont tranfer). Does anyone have any idea how ti fix this without having to buy another CD? (Or, for an alternative, could anyone copy a Lesson09_BuildingShips.bik file they've got, and send it to [email protected] or [email protected] ?) Thanks
