Research ones yes...I've managed those many times; but even with Terran Super Diplomat, I don't think I've ever pulled off getting an Economic Treaty right off the bat. Also, to any that have played TA so far. Is anyone else seem to be getting lots of goodies this time around in the anomalies? You know what I think is what is really upsetting to others outside America looking in? Is that they see all this potential, and to their eyes at least, is squandered. From what I have been told: Dystopic, CraigHB, DethAdder, and Marshall need a break next round; it sounded like Mumble could use one too. I am unsure of the status of GalenEvil, Vegjed, and Berzelius. Rex and Elwood seem to be out. I believe TGE and Motti were able to play next round, though TGE wasn't fully sure. DSep and Sunburn4 are our newest players but as of yet haven't played a round.

And I really don't want to take a completely inactive break because inactivity would probably spell doom for the MVL. Thus using Defcon's suggestion, I have come up with what I think is very agreeable solution that doesn't hurt the MVL at all, and in fact most likely benefits it.
