come back when you prove it. I'm back for a good view of how effective school systems are, look here: http://www.oecd.org/dataoecd/1/60/34002216.pdf and, for those wanting a simple table, about what people THINK of their schools check here: http://pisaweb.acer.edu.au/oecd_2003/oecd_pisa_data_s2.ph According to that, US s

stardock's not stupid. You me are essentially noone, but you can't go and make political statements when you're Devs. because, you know, invading small ME countries seems to be a very effective tactic the honest truth is that its the only effective way to deal with an amorphous enemy. True, but not a very good solution to a war between two countries. And we all agree that it could have b

(I hate European politics, they do everything indirectly without conflict... nothing gets done that way) because, you know, invading small ME countries seems to be a very effective tactic. But, I doubt the missles will start flying, seeing how isreal has the best missle defense network know to man. Iran knows better. Besides, there's still the principle of Mutually Assured Destruction, which should make either country think better of attacking.<

Why yes indeed, I agree that colony ships should have some big armor and engines. It makes sense to run for it. And for the empteenth time, I WAS HERE BEFORE MOO! It's Quenya for "The glorius one"

to bad. I wonder if it's going to be better then SupCom's matchmaker. It neigh impossible to get a group of players that all work in one game. also, having a seperate matchmaking program is really annoying, having to start the game every time you try to connect to a game is pretty annoying.

Now I have to live with my college connection, which usually is somewhere between 65 and 999 depending on how many dumb-f**** are downloading pirated videos and/or songs. bwahahahaha, I have to live with my college connection, which is usually between 15 and 120 something depending on who i'm connection to and where. Gotta love 30mb downpipe (depending on the number of downloads, but a VAST campus network insures most stuff is available on LAN).

you can make all the spelling mistakes you like but, it spelled ALCARI, with a C ! any and all moral issues are the fault of the current owner, I expect you to have a lot gun. My vast, sun eclipsing, deathfleet tends to do that. back on topic. I'm against any guns, they'd be useless anyway, but I do vote for a lot of HP.

Pfft, we just chain the IC people to their desks. GOOD, make them work faster. like kosc says, combine chains with electric shocks for even greater effect.

I'll give it a go. it requires you visualise antimatter as gasoline in a tank. Jumping freezes the bottom of your AM tank. You can't use the AMgas in it until it defrosts again. Shooting weapons and using abilities is like driving normally, AM gets used up and you need to refill it at the nearest gas station. However, when you jump, you 'freeze' the bottom of your tank, this doesn't use up the AM gas, but you can't use it until it def

I was thinking quickly and then tapering off slowly. that way focus fire is detrimental over time. Yeah takes does make more sense, but only if the mitigation remains stable for a while, and not immediatly start dropping, then it's better gameplay as well as (for me) more consistent. Also, yeah, the shield arcs were indeed dropped, my mistake So the lower the shields, the bigger the flux? Perhaps because there

Unlike many publishers (who aren't actually paying for the game to be made) ya hear that EA? here's a good method for making sure you pump out some good games. I'm pretty sure you can tone down the details, so they look just like those old pics anyone recall what HW1 ships looked like on a crappy machine? they were essentially boxes.

And, if nothing else, they will serve as a neutral point that you can jump to. So far as I know, you cannot "own" a star or build any structures around one. This means that the enemy will not have any static defenses there. Remember you can't jump into a gravwell? Also, It's unlikely you can reach that far from you neareast planer. keep in mind the "exhaustion" of your engines from phasejumping. you don't just lose AM, you

This of course, presents interesting questions. - Do all weapons (lasers, rockets) add equal amounts of mitigation? - How will the ammount of added mitigation depend on damage? - What makes a good balance for shooting? Two ships shooting at one target deal less damage then two shooting at two, but taking on a single target will destroy it faster, so you take less damage. - How will mitigation effect beam weapons? is it a single hit or do they add up to a lot of small hits?<b
