Same thing there. nVidia drivers. ForceWare Release 90 Version: 91.47 Release Date: September 14, 2006 Tried everything, from uninstalling/reinstalling IconPackager to Icon cache repair, same result, after reboot several icons switch back to default Windows icons. (My documents, my computer, search, run, etc)
