Now I ran into a new problem, when I click on my bootskin, it doesn't show in the bootskin window. The file does show in C:\Program Files\Stardock\BootSkin\skins\.

I don't have Photo Shop and read about IrfanView and Paint.Net, I need some tips from people who have used one of these to create bootskins or any OS customization. I tried IrfanView to make a bootskin and It did't go to well, the colors were distorted. I know you have to resize and change to 16 colors, I'm I missing something?
