Well I just gave up on this since I could never even design a ship without a crash. Never got accepted to their forums to ask for help there, either. I'll try again if it ever gets updated.
1) yes 2) nope. Read about that crash, so avoided it 3) Yes, in Templates I see all the hulls. If I just click New instead I don't Ah well, thanks for help.
I start with no basic ship types, so when I go to build a colonizer in the shipyard, pick the colony hull then click use, game crashes. I can't seem to build any ships without crashing. Just clicking new takes me to the standard gal civ hulls. Anyone give me advice? I tried posting on their forums, but you need to be manually approved for forum access but nobody seems to be around to do it.
I noticed the Krynn had managed to become allies with every civ but the Drengin. I considered leaving my alliance with them but I didn't. Anyway, after some time, wars going on, the Drengin were fighting the Altarians and surrendered to me. That left the Krynn allied with everyone. And the game didn't end. It still hasn't, long after. All victory conditions were enabled.
