Hello killajosh, I have just gone through all my Print Offs of the Stardock Products I have purchased. Yes, WC is a seperate Account. I had purchased WC after purchasing SD. DL speed not too bad at the moment - couldn't believe it! John

Helo all, I have just revisited my Forum Post and read the new comments. Very interesting! I have subscribed to Stardock (and therefore presumably WC) since Jan 2007. How do I get rid of the ads? - if they are the cause of my problem, I would like to see them disappear. Since my last Post, the quickest the Site has loaded has been around 30 sec (my AOL Broadband is "up to 2mbps", which is supposed to be fairly fast). Getting onto the Skin Pages is still a bit of a nightmare.

Thanks for your last message mitche323. I am gradually getting better. I am abiut to set the Internet Settings as you suggest (also UNchecking the box. Will let you know how I get on. If it fails, don't worry about offering other suggestions - we could go on 'ad infinitum'. I will live with it. Again, your help is very much appreciated. John

Hello Zubaz, Chasbo,Nimbin,Fairyy~, Many thanks for your replies - as I said to Mitche323, I have been very ill, so not had chance to catch up on my Forum. Using AOL (will try IE). Won't bother with other Browsers as, from your replies, looks like it could be a futile excercise. Keeping my fingers crossed! JohnCoke

Very slow Web Site in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Am I the only one having problems with the very slow opening of Wincustomze.com and any subsequent pages that I want to download from? It takes a minimum of 1 minute to get onto the Site and can take up to 5 minutes opening any of the pages. This is the only Web Site that I have these problems with. Any ideas?
