We've responded, if you got a message that you've reached your activation limit, I've set it back so you should be able to register your ODNT.
Did you uninstall the Trial version before installing the full version? If not, go to control Panel and uninstall TV, reboot your system, and re-install with hust the full version link that Sales sent you.
I shall have this, oh yes... I shall.
Love my job at Stardock! I really enjoy helping folks with their Stardock issues, and as Zoomba said, getting to work with some amazing people (Zoomba excluded).
Dawn, I'd suggest you uninstall Impulse, reboot, then re-install from here; http://storage.stardock.com/files/Impulse_setup_full.exe If that fixes Impulse, you can then use the MyColors program to install the Burgundy theme, rather than using Impulse. I've e-mailed you the serial number for the theme, just click the green 'Add Registration' button in Impulse, then paste the serial number and your e-mail addy to install.
Odd, checked the nickname and it showed joining 08/19/08, and no software purchased. His Nick here must be different than his SD account then. Sorry.
Anthony R just joined SD today, I think his entire purpose is just to bash Stardock. He has purchased no software.
Birf means Brain Injury Resource Foundation
Yeah, she got it right, what of it? ;)
You can't 'rip someone off' if they knowingly buy a skin. The answer? Don't buy them! The wonderful skinners that display their work here often have tons of stuff for free, and a few for sale. I applaud the dedication of these professionals, working for peanuts.
You say it's your Birthday... well, it's my Birthday too... no, wait... it isn't! Don't forget to thank your Mother!
Shout... shout... let it all out these are the things I can do without Well, come on I'm talking to you, come on
Done and Done, you should now be able to register your software.

pumkin54, It may be that the WindowBlinds Service is not running, try the following; ADDING WB SERVICE TO WINDOWS Copy and paste the following into a Notepad document and save it as wbservice.reg and then open it and say yes to putting it into the registry. (begin copying at line below) Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WindowBlinds] "Type"=dword:00000010 "Start"=dword:00000002 "
Xptical, Your Activation Count has now been reset, you should be able to register your re-installed games.
Mithra was the basis for Christ, Saul (Paul) even went so far as to use the selling points of Mithras when he went to Greece to 'convert' the 'heaterns' there. Just mixed the two 'gods' up a bit, shake well and viola! <span style="font-size: xx-small; font-family: Times, Times New Roman, Serif;
Since you have a PC that HAD Vista on it, now changed to XP, it may be in your system. Please send us an e-mail to and include your dxdiag file.
pumkin54, You had reached a Activation limit, from trying to activate too many times. I've reset this back to 0, so you should now be able to activate. Are you running anything like SpyBot, AdAware, etc.? If so, disable them and see if that helps. You might also try adding WindowBlinds to your anti-virus exclusion list, like patrick24 did.
Patrick24, There is no complacency or laziness involved. Support has been a bit backed up with Obj. Desktop issues and we're working hard as possible to get current. A lot of the issue is when e-mailing Support, we can't know all the details unless you state them. If you had said you had AVG in the beginning, we'd have advised you to try disabling it, and see if WB works for you. Now, this is not your fault, but neither is it ours, and when you called in, we found the issue. You got
"comparing apples to apple blossoms" Beautiful, just beautiful. (and I'm not just sucking up cause she's my boss!!!)
Martin, I just checked your support ticket, and we've not received a reply since July 17th, so we've never received your dxdiag file, nor any more information that Curt has requested. As far as the Sins theme, try registering the game itself in Impulse; Click on the registrations icon in the upper right corner and click the 'Add Registration' button. Enter the serial number, and the e-mail address you used to create your Stardock.net account. Choose the appropriate category
Tony, We spoke today and I've reset your activation limit. Try backing up your sig.bin file and return it to the WindowBlinds folder after the next re-install.
You may have some extra 'security' apps running in the background. things like SpyBot, AdAware, etc. can interfer with the connection, check your system for anything like that, usually you will see icons in the SysTray, disable them or turn them off completely.
I will miss being able to call to him over the dividing wall of our cubes, Mike was always ready to help anyone, and he is going to be sorely missed down here in the support Dungeon. Good luck Mike!!
