Can't anyone of you make a mod wich enables you to construct a starbase (the look not the modules) just like the ship builder? that would realy rock ^^

Here i have an idea: What if someone would make a mod with what you can design your own starbase, becouse it's boring to always have the same starbase and not being enabled to get a new one or adding some goofy things on the starbase.
