well I think that it makes ships that can transform any element into sqrls. These sqrls would then be distributed throughout the fleet and used as sustenance, allowing the people to work longer and repair ships better. i dont really like the idea of infinite levels, 25 just seems like a better number to me, it allows for more customization throughout the leveling process, and seems more ideal

lol, dyson spheres have been talked about, but they were discarded. I DO think that the hotter the star, the more distant ships must stay away from it. Also, as for the idea of antimatter harvesting ships, i think there would be problems with camping and micromanagement. Stars randomly giving off bonuses is a very unrealistic idea in my opinion, they should do more than they do now, but randomly giving off random bonuses is pretty rediculous. hmmm, there should be something like an EMP burst weapon that would disable all unshielded electronics within a certain radius. you could change the amount of shielding you use via the tech tree as well as the amount of research you put into improving the maximum amount of 'juice' fed into each burst. O.o, dont tell me they only have four buildings that do all their work since they have been running and have learned very well how to compact their resources to save the maximum amount of volume and mass... btw, are cap ships going to have more expansive trees for leveling or is going to be set to the lazy-dev-10-level-standard-for-basically-any-game-ever form of leveling?
