It does bother me when I see people say false things about WindowBlinds and StyleXP when their clearly aren't knowledgeable about them (such as saying that msstyles don't use any memory). It is rather funny though when some people say that the StyleXP "theme engine" is better than the Windows XP one. Maybe Stardock should consider changing the name of the service under which WindowBlinds runs to svchost. Then nobody could claim that WindowBlinds uses more memory! <A HREF="https

I like to have the Windows flag in the shutdown dialogs when I'm creating my own for a skin. However, taking it from the original shutdown dialog is messy. Are there any images of the bare Windows flag lurking around?
Thanks for the help too! I was just having this problem and I thought it would have been years before I figured out the problem.
After reading the article on recoloring icons, I fell in love with the Reluna Olive look. After many hours of converting and perfecting it (except for those few anomalies that hinder my progress), I now have it as well.
I'm confident that the judge will throw the case out. If only it were legal to imprison the lawyers and individuals responsible for frivolous lawsuits such as this one. Perhaps people would be more likely to act with common sense, or at least they'd all be in prison!
That's cool! I've always thought that was something that was missing from icons, but it is no longer!
When I first saw them, I was amazed at how beautiful they are. It's good to see that they've been updated.
That's one thing I've always liked about Hotmail. It's the only address I have that I never worry about junk mail, and this new feature makes it even cooler!
I hate how this one company thought that trademarking "Window blinds" was all right! I wouldn't be surprised if I saw them suing companies that make window blinds demanding money for trademark infringement!
I personally like the colorful themes. That's why I actually like the Windows XP style! However, there are ones that are dark yet still appeal to me.
Sirius? That was a dumb comment... Think about it. It is like saying Pamela Anderson looks great without makeup... No she doesn't... and i never say anything without backup... I think Shmoopy proves what I'm saying. Besides, let's face it, Pamela Anderson isn't exactly Miss America. Sarah Michelle Gellar is, and she looks great without the filter
It looks too much like filters. Personally, I figure that if something won't look good without filters, it probably won't look much better with filters.
God exits Stage left?
I can't stand those skins that use the Apple icon for the Start menu. It feels too much like a Mac for me, and although a genuine Mac is good, an imitation feels like an imitation.
I don't know who are my least favorite TV characters on the shows I like. I think even ones I dislike kind of help make the show what it is (i.e. Ross on Friends and Frasier on Frasier). However, if reality-TV individuals can be considered TV characters, then they definitely are! They truly make me hate civilization! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Pow
I wouldn't blame WindowBlinds for something done to the explorer.exe, unless it actually hacked the explorer.exe.
My complaint about these pay-for-music sites was that they don't take the model that everybody has adopted, the file-sharing model, and used that, which would be something like Napster, but with a central catalog that makes it easy to buy and download music. However, it seems that MusicMatch might have actually done that. I agree with KarmaGirl. An article about it would be great!
Super Saiyan 4 is the End of Evolution!
It's easy. Press the PrtScn on your keyboard, go to Microsoft Paint, and press CTRL-V to paste it there and voila! There it is. Just save it after that and you're finished.
Is Apple just horribly mismanaged or do they like losing money?
If I remember correctly, somebody also had the same problem recently. They had WindowBlinds 3 previously and now had WindowBlinds 4. Is the same true for you? I wasn't sure what the actual fix to it was, but I think it was this: First uninstall WindowBlinds. Then, in the Registry Editor, delete the following keys (back them up first as well in case I'm wrong): HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\WindowBlinds HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\WindowBlinds Then delete wb.ini in
It's a good idea not to sign any contract without any legal advice, and if the contract is unconscionable, there are ways to fight it.
An red X? What kind of wallpaper is that? I hope this doesn't sound too harsh, but it's the worst wallpaper that I've ever seen, even worse than my "Darkness" one (which is just a 1600x1200 bitmap of black).
Good thing I updated!
And didn’t you or your parents put a VCR tape in and tape a movie off your TV? The only thing different about it today in this day and age is that with the invention of the home computer it is done faster That and it was legal. <TD class="mb-Bod
