Direct Download available? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hello, I would like to buy GalCivII: Gold, but the PC I wish to play it on doesn't have access to the internet. The only access to the internet that I have is here, at the computer science department, or at my friends houses. Now herein lies the problem, I understand that I have to download StarDock and install the game via that?
